Mr. Newton,

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with Mr. Bozeman. As you know, I studied architecture for 3 years and have been in the construction side of the business for about 5 years. I have never seen such detailed drawings and specs for a residential project and very few commercial jobs could compete with how thorough he is. Just a word of encouragement to you and your wife. You picked a great architect.

I look forward to working on this project.

Hey Andy,

I want to again try to somehow express my sincere gratitude for everything you are doing to help me fight my "Builder Beast". Several passages really stood out as I read your book (which I am not finished with yet), however,  what jumped out at me was on page 42, "The Plan" regarding no appointment and interruptions. It reminded me of the time and the effort you put in on short notice for me. Because, you were trying to help me in making another change and I said, "if possible, could I have the change by tomorrow because I was to meet with that dweeb/idiot/meter maid/Builder Beast/[name deleted by Andy]coordinator and the other dweeb/idiot/Builder Beast/[ name deleted by Andy ] regarding the new idea on the new design. And, of course you had it ready.  Well, I am very, very, very grateful and I will never forget it. Because, as bad is it is to say, its just not normal for people to go the trouble you have to try and help. And I felt it was important for me to say Thank You again. I will keep you posted regarding the next episode of "As The Stomach Turns". Again, thank you for everything.

Thirty years ago, in a small one bedroom apartment that served as both home and office, in a chair at a small formica topped table, Andy Bozeman started what is now the most technologically advanced home design business known as “Dream Home Designs”.

Through the years, Andy’s commitment to customer service and his impassioned desire to teach people what mistakes NOT to make while planning, designing and building their dream home, have brought generations of families back time and again to ensure the smooth progression and ultimately the complete satisfaction of their families home building or renovation projects.

Through his published book of humorous happenings to his subtle and sometimes pointed suggestions during the design process, Andy somehow makes people “think” about what will serve their needs now and in the future.

To his credit and sometimes personal sacrifice, he takes on project after project feeling that if he doesn’t help these people that they will somehow live a life of frustration that becomes acutely stressful and eventually financially debilitating.

Not often, if ever, will you meet a home designer that personally invests himself in your project. His honesty and integrity are a breath of fresh air.

Where better to place your trust than in the hands of someone who is as committed to your success as you are?
